Ronaldo dedicates Serie A title to fans fighting for Corona Virus epidemic


Juventus forward Cristiano Ronaldo has dedicated their 36th Serie A title to supporters fighting the Corona epidemic. After winning the title with a 2-0 win over Sampdoria on Sunday night, Portuguese star Ronaldo surrendered to fans fighting the Serie A title against Corona.




Ronaldo scored a goal to help Juventus win the league title for the ninth time in a row and missed a penalty. Federico Bernandeschi also scored a goal. Ronaldo scored in injury time in the first half of the game at the Allianz Stadium to give Juventus the lead. In the 89th minute of the same game, Ronaldo's penalty kick hit the crossbar.




With 83 points, Juventus have won the title for the ninth time in a row with two games to go. Juventus have been consistently winning titles since 2011-12.




"I want to dedicate my second consecutive title and the records I have made at this great club to all Juventus fans who are battling the Corona epidemic and affected by Corona," he wrote on social network Instagram. "It was not easy to win. We have reached the final of this competition because of your support, courage, vision and determination. And, we have to fight to the last for this title, which is for everyone in Italy, "he said.
