Polish star Robert Lewandowski wanted to play with Cristiano Ronaldo at Real Madrid.

It has been revealed that Polish star striker Robert Lewandowski wanted to play with Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo. According to Bayern Munich star Lewandowski's former agent Kejri Kuchaski, he wanted to play with Ronaldo at Real Madrid.

Lewandowski, aged 31, is currently playing in the Bundesliga from Bayern Munich. Before leaving Borussia Dortmund for Bayern, he intended to go to Real Madrid and play with Ronaldo. After spending four years at Dordmund, he moved to rival club Bayern in 2014. However, former agent Kuchaski said he wanted to play for Real Madrid as Ronaldo's teammate.

"He left Dortmund for Bayern, but he wanted to go to Real Madrid because he wanted to play with Ronaldo from there," Kuchaski said in an interview with a YouTube channel. "I convinced him that you have to be the number one striker in a big club. Real Madrid at that time was dominated by Karim Benzema, who was considered after Ronaldo. That's why I suggested him not to go there, 'he said.
