The Champions League Finals is set to be played in Portugal.


Europe's largest league football competition, the rest of the Champions League, will be held in Lisbon, Portugal. The tournament, which was set to reach its final on August 23, will feature seven games in 12 days. In which the best clubs in Europe will play from knockout to final.


Sky Italia said on Monday, "Itwas in the final stages of approving the European Football Association's (UEFA) plan to host the Champions League knockout tournament without spectators at two stadiums in the Portuguese capital, Lisbon."A meeting of UEFA's executive committee on Wednesday approved the plan, with the rest of the Champions League games set to take place in Portugal.


The UEFA meeting is set to be held on Wednesday to discuss how to move the league, national and international football, which has been postponed due to the Corona epidemic. Despite the decision to hold the Champions League final on May 30 at the Aturuk Olympic Stadium in Istanbul, Turkey, the final has been moved to Benfica's stadium after football activities were postponed due to Corona.


Sky Italia has said that the game will be played in Portugal as it is impossible to held the final in Istanbul. The semi-finals will be played on August 18 and 19 at the Stadium of Light and Sporting Lisbon. The four quarterfinals matches will be played from July 21 to August 15. The UEFA has not decided where the remaining matches of the last 16 will be played. A meeting to be held on Wednesday will also  decide on this issue.
