The new Vice-President of Barcelona talked regarding the prospect of the club recruiting Neymar, as well as the ongoing organizational situation at Camp Nou.

Former Vice-President of Barcelona, Emili Rousaud, who was one of the six Barcelona Board of Directors to hand in their resignation last week, offered L'Equipe an exclusive interview in which he suggested that the return of PSG star Neymar was a probability, especially due to the possible devaluation of the player and the general financial implications of the coronavirus crisis for the clubs.

Roussaud also addressed the question of salary reductions, arguing that clubs like Real Madrid and Juventus have been willing to make bigger changes than Barcelona.

The sports directorate also requested the players to make an attempt to reduce their salaries. The players' behaviour was outstanding, but Real Madrid, Juventus and Bayern have made more comprehensive reductions, he added.

The former Camp Nou VP also addressed the latest resignations of the Board of Directors and the ongoing organizational turmoil in the team, referencing the so-called Barçagate problem of recruiting a PR company to manage many social networking pages that were reportedly used to tarnish the image of players and other team-related individuals.
